- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges can be requested within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: Products must be in their original packaging and undamaged to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase must be attached to your return or exchange request email.
- Unboxing Video: To process your return or exchange, an unboxing video is required as proof of the product’s condition upon arrival.
2. Return & Exchange Process
- Initiation: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at desidiva.shop@gmail.com within the 15-day return period, including your proof of purchase and reason for return/exchange.
- Return & Exchange Fee: A processing fee of ₹200 for prepaid orders will be charged for all returns and exchanges.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The return or exchange fee of ₹200 must be paid in advance before we process your request.
- Shipping: We will arrange for return shipping at no additional cost to you. However, ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Refund Process
- Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the product.
- Method: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used during purchase.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
- Personal care products
- Intimate apparel
- Custom-made or personalized items
5. Damaged or Defective Products

- Your order details
- A clear unboxing video as proof of damage
- Relevant photographic evidence
We will arrange for a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
